All details provided on the booking form will not be shared with anyone else.
Booking forms are printed out and stored securely. Electronic versions are deleted.
The booking form will be retained for 6 months after the end of the tax year following your stay. Bank account details are required to return the security deposit.
We do not store credit card details in any format. Email addresses are only used to communicate with yourselves about your stay and to send an annual newsletter. Guests have the right to request that they do not receive the annual newsletter.
